Can I change or cancel my order?

Each piece goes into production right away, so orders can't be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your size, frame color and shipping address before checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

About 1 to 2 weeks. Each piece is made to order in 2 to 5 business days, then ships in 4 to 7 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

That's on us. Email help@cormassico.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it free. No need to send anything back.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to split eligible orders into interest-free payments.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States, with free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
