Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
About 1 to 2 weeks. Every piece is made to order, which takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships in 4 to 7 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders of $100 or more. Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to show movement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Each piece goes into production as soon as you order, so we can't change or cancel an order once it's placed. Please double-check your size, frame color and shipping address before checking out.
Returns & damage
What if my piece arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
That's on us. Email help@cormassico.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement free. No need to send anything back.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If you're unsure about a size, email us a photo of your wall and we'll help you choose.
Our pieces
Do canvases and framed prints come ready to hang?
Yes. Canvases are stretched over a solid wood frame with mounting hardware included. Framed prints come in a hand-crafted wooden frame with a clear Perspex front and a wire hanging kit.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Very close. Every screen shows color a little differently, so expect slight variation from what you see online.
What size should I choose?
A good rule: pick art that covers about two-thirds of the width of the furniture below it. Still not sure? Send us a photo of your space.
How do I care for my piece?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
Custom & payment
Can I put my own photo on a print?
Yes. Our Your Photo custom framed print lets you upload a photo, preview it, and order it framed. Use the original, full-size photo for the sharpest print.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to split eligible orders into interest-free payments.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Cormassico Trade works with rentals, hotels and offices. Email help@cormassico.com with your project details.
